We hate terms and conditions pages, as to be quite honest, they're boring. But we need to have them, so here goes...

For us, for you, and for our models, there are a few things we ask that you do and don't do to protect us and yourselves.

All the text, content and images belong to 101 Retail Ltd and are protected by international copyright laws. Please don't take the images found on this site and use them elsewhere.

We don't sell our products to anyone under the age of 16. If you're under the age of consent, please, wait a while before you go spending your cash on something you're going to grow out of, or at least get an adult to buy on your behalf.

When you buy something from us, we agree to sell it to you once we confirm your order by email or telephone. We will only send your order to you once payment has cleared.

When you receive your lovely gear, check it, try it on, and make sure everything's to your satisfaction. In the event of any questions or queries, let us know as soon as you can. We're nice people. If something's not quite as you wanted, we're here to help. We're always willing to exchange items that are too big or small as long as you've not worn them except to try on.

If you're unhappy for any reason we will normally exchange goods or provide a credit note providing they are returned in a saleable condition. We can also provide a refund if required.

If you give us your information for ordering purposes or when you're registering for updates, the information you give will never be sold to a third party.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
