Shipping and Delivery

Please note we're out of the workshop until 18th May in Germany, if something's in stock when we return from Germany, we'll send it straight out, but we won't be posting anything until then.

When you order, if an item is in stock, we'll get it out to you within 7 days (and usually the next working day). About a third of all orders are sent from stock. If we have to make your item to order, which will include all made to measure orders, we aim that this will be sent to you as soon as we can. At the moment, we are a little behind schedule, so the current delivery time is 8 weeks, if this comes down we always have this posted on the homepage anyway.

The day your order is shipped, we'll send a confirmation email with your tracking number - all deliveries are sent recorded, special delivery, or by insured international signed for mail on the fastest service possible.

If it turns out that you can't wait - drop us a line and we will be happy to offer a refund and to let you know the next time we clear our queue down to nothing (which happens from time to time). Good things take time! But not too much.

Latex is very heavy - and that's why it can be expensive to ship, but we understand that, and so you'll normally find that it's cost us more to ship to you than you paid.
